Aerial dance, classes and performances.

What happens when a body finds its wings? Aerial silk in Ljubljana brings together strength and softness, courage and care, technique and personal expression.

Our aerial silk classes welcome children, teenagers and adults. Climbing, wraps and movement in the air develop step by step, with room for creativity. DILIGHT also creates aerial performances that bring movement and textiles into the space of an event.

Aerial silk dance

when the body finds its wings…

Aerial silk brings together aerial acrobatics, dance and a playful exploration of movement. It develops strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence and spatial awareness, while opening up new ways of expressing yourself through the body.

Regular classes · 2026/27

For children, teenagers and adults.

On the silks, we explore what happens when the body leaves the ground and, for a moment, finds its wings. Through aerial acrobatics, dance and creative movement, we build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, while giving each person space to develop their own way of moving.

Classes live somewhere between strength and softness, courage and caution, control and letting go. A space to climb higher, wrap with awareness, fall with ease and discover something new in yourself.

We meet in the large gym at Waldorf School Ljubljana from October 2026 to May 2027.

We begin on 6 October 2026.

When silk becomes a stage

…the body rises from the ground and, for a moment, the space takes on another dimension.

Aerial movement weaves together with music, light, space and the atmosphere of the event. What emerges is more than a performance: a moving image of suspension, tension, breath and surprise.

We create aerial and dance performances for festivals, cultural events, openings, corporate events and other special gatherings.

Each performance can stand on its own or become part of the event’s wider story. We shape it around the space, theme and audience, so the silk doesn’t simply hang in the room — it dances and comes alive within it.

How did it begin?

Our story with aerial silk began in Ljubljana in 2003. It brought together two things I loved most: dance and climbing. We formed the circus group Trupa Aduta and created our first performance, Krila krila, suspended among the plane trees of Zvezda Park. Many performances, festivals, appearances and workshops followed. Somewhere along the way, a new generation took the baton. And what happened in those twenty years in between?
